True to the minimalist current in architecture, since we founded Geometrica , we have accumulated a diverse and consistent project portfolio, carried out mostly in Arad but also in other cities: civilian constructions, commercial constructions, office buildings, hotels, administrative buildings, buildings for public administration, residential buildings, single-family houses, collective housings, holiday houses, industrial constructions, production warehouses, storage warehouses, logistics and constructions for technological equipments. Geometrica’s area of activity is architectural design, engineering, interior design and urban design.

Description:
Prefabricated houses represent a new current in modern architecture, which begins with the idea of multiplying “the living cells” horizontally and vertically. Born out of the desire to construct cheap buildings, these houses can nowadays become a viable alternative for traditional construction. Advantages: short execution time, precision, the possibility of future relocation with minimum of effort and loss, smaller impact on the surroundings. Disadvantages: the dimensional limitation of the modules, limited by the transport and fitting means.
