Description:
This project started from the beneficiary’s desire to project an office building that will be a representative image for the headquarters of the construction company Mr. FAB. The proposed volume combines two self standing volumes, esthetically different and sliding along a central vertical plan. The results of this process are dynamically positioned spaces both in the interior, through a disposition around the two levels interior hall, and in the exterior by translating the volume of the I st floor over the main entrance- an emphasis element of a generous vitreous surface. The location is a privileged one, as it is situated in a roundabout, thus the building reveals, depending on the direction and the route of the observer, all of its four faces and becomes an urban landmark of the place.

Description:
In the development of this project, the architects wished to best express the idea of transparency in the relationship between the public and the local town’s administration. They certainly succeeded this, both through planimetric treatment as well as through the simplicity of the architectural volumes. The one spectacular aspect of this building is the fact that the offices of the different departments are gravitating around a spacious hallway, opened across two levels and covered with a large, zenith skylight.

Description:
A four-star category hotel unit, situated on a 4000 square meters surface plot, positioned at the exit from Arad towards Nadlac, the hotel has a capacity of 104 rooms and 8 apartments, a 190 seats restaurant, a 50 seats breakfast saloon, two conference rooms with a total capacity of 145 seats, which can be used separately or joined, 35 parking spaces above ground and 11 parking spaces under ground. All this comes together in a modern minimalist unity.

Description:
The house is remarkable through the clarity and precision of the drawn lines and of the shaped edges, through the personal manner of combining basic shapes and through the accuracy of the details that enrich a minimalistic approach. Located on an area of small dimensions, oriented front-back, the volume is characterized through a coherent and sincere architectural discourse, through the use of a few elements of the L-shape type on the main facade and on the posterior facade, expressing the idea of simplicity and genuineness.

Description:
The construction is situated south of DN7, in direction Deva, in a mainly economical and industrial area. The hall has the following dimensions: 36,50×15,50m and a maximal height 6,50m. The construction is configured on a metal structure, on a (o tramă de 6 travei a câte 6m)…..and a 15 m opening. The treatment of the facades and the careful implementation of the closing elements for the facades, confers representativity and brings  in front the advantages of a simple, clean design, sustained by a careful execution.

Description:
Building an independent body with the function of a production hall, contributes to the area’s configuration with the goal of obtaining an integrated ensemble.  The proposed building offers a suitable solution for the functional and technological requirements and stands out through its architectural plasticity and its high degree of finishing strokes. All this confer representativity. The building has the following dimensions: 30,66 meters x 27,22 meters and the maximal height of  11,51meters. It is configured on a metallic structure, with pillars and beams, on a grid of 5 bays, 6 meters each and one main opening measuring 26,10 meters.

There are a number of 16 apartments, each with 3 rooms (4 apartments on each level) and 2 retail spaces on the ground floor, with separate street entrances. The building is equipped with an elevator with the capacity of 4 people. Because of the building’s corner location and for the efficiency of the investment, car access is granted through a dry gate. There are 17 parking spaces available in the premises of the block.

The present project refers to the design of a building body (serving as a car services hall) with the following dimensions:  24,70×28,67meters, height 8,35meters. The hall is configured on a metallic structure, with pillars and beams, on a grid of 4 bays, 7 meters each and 2 main openings, 12 meters each. The building also houses management and administrative functions complementary to the economical activities performed. This kind of investment, with modern equipping elements, architectural plasticity and high finishing levels, elevate the company’s standards and add to the implementation of its development strategies.

The charm of this house is made up by the following elements: the longitudinal disposal of its swimming pool, the annexation of the mirror to a generous, vitreous surface which descends all the way down to the floor level of the living.
